PrintMedia Manager offers an all-in-one spend management solution for print buyers.  The SaaS portal allows print buyers to create and submit their print quote requests to suppliers and easily manage and organize the bids.  They may also use a simple search tool to find other print suppliers from a database of over 2,500 printing plants.  Once a bid is accepted, the buyer may submit a purchase order to the supplier and track the progress through the shipment and invoice.

With this digital asset management tool, print buyers may upload and store all their digital files for print marketing materials in one centralized location.  These files may be organized and shared with co-workers, customers, and suppliers and includes user-friendly navigation features to quickly find their files.
